Frequent shuttle service to Haram was very convenient.

I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room for 4 nights, and it was super spacious and spotless! The beds were incredibly comfy, like sleeping on clouds. Breakfast was a highlight—lots of tasty options. The room was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of room to relax together. Just wish the internet had been faster. it was a bit slow for the first day.

I enjoyed the hearty breakfast. All options were great and made mornings something to look forward to. The staff, especially Raghad Al Ghamdi, really went out of their way to help me book my train tickets, which was super helpful.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but was still acceptable for what I got.

During our 3-night stay, we enjoyed the well-designed Executive Suite which easily accommodated our family. The panoramic views were a lovely bonus, and we were particularly impressed by the hourly shuttle service to the Haram, which made our trips convenient and stress-free. The surrounding area had plenty of shops and eateries, making it easy to grab meals, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. However, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to some alternatives in the area.

It was just a prime choice for taking strolls in Mecca with good value considering price it charged. The shuttle service to the nearby attractions was convenient and saved us a lot of walking. If you need extra bedding, ask early to avoid waiting.
